Manchester UNITED GETS INJURY BOOST AHEAD OF NEXT MATCH

Manchester United get injury boost ahead of Stoke fixture

Man Utd suffered an injury scare to Marouane Fellaini but the Belgian player could be fit for the fixture vs Stoke.

Marouane Fellaini could be fit for Manchester United's trip to Stoke on Saturday after he missed Belgium's World Cup qualifying win over Gibraltar.

The 29-year-old sat out the 9-0 thrashing on Thursday night with a 'minor injury' but could return to the Red Devils' matchday squad in Greece on Sunday evening

Belgium coach Roberto Martinez gave an update on the United midfielder's fitness ahead of their qualifier in Piraeus.

"I was talking about Marouane this morning," Martinez said on Saturday.

"He is sharp, fit and eager. That’s a boost with a view to Greece.

"Fellaini enjoyed a positive August with United even though he started their four fixtures on the bench.

He sparked an improvement during the Super Cup defeat to Real Madrid and emerged late on in the 4-0 strolls against West Ham and Swansea.

The former Everton man then opened his account with the clincher against Leicester in last week's 2-0 win to help maintain United's 100 per cent Premier League record.

Anthony Martial and Marcus Rashford have also scored after coming on this season.

6 MAJOR DIFFERENCES BETWEEN OLAMIDE AND PHYNO'S STADIUM CONCERT

If there was a list of upcoming Nigerian music legends being prepared, it is certain that Olamide and Phyno will be on that list. By their exploits in the Nigerian music industry, both musicians have done more to encourage a ‘concert going culture’ among Nigerians than any other entertainers in the country. Phyno’s Phynofest music festival is currently in its third year and the 2017 edition saw the musician sell out the Nnamdi Azikiwe Stadium in Enugu. Olamide’s OLIC (Olamide Live in Concert) is currently in its fourth year and the 2017 edition was also special because it was the first time Baddo was attempting to fill up the Teslim Balogun Stadium venue of the event. Although some say both musicians are only taking a page out South African rapper Cassper Nyovest’s book by holding shows at stadiums, one cannot help but commend them for their attempts. In this article, NAIJ.com will point out the major differences in both Olamide’s s...

He spoke before thousands of worshippers in a New Year Message he delivered early Monday morning. At the same pulpit three years ago, he had prophesied that then President Goodluck Jonathan would be defeated in the 2015 election. The full transcript of the message as obtained by DAILY POST reads: I had wanted to pray for you and go because I don’t want anybody to attack me; I don’t want the Bishop to invite me; I don’t want politicians to attack me anywhere. But God forced me, you must say it. Listen to me. 2017 became one of the most horrible years in this country and that is the message. The Lord says, Nigerians, he says, captive Nigerians, you will be speed...
